Veronica Shelton is the co-founder and creative & technology lead at Oak Theory, a creative technology studio she launched in 2020 with Hannah Ryu. A neurodivergent Black woman with prior experience at Disney and Sephora, she leads the studio's creative and technical vision — translating complex problems into digital products for clients including Vanderbilt University, Google, Optum, and UCSF.
Her perspective as a woman of color leading in tech has been featured across national and business media. She also writes for Under the Oak, Oak Theory's editorial platform on technology, leadership, and design.
